M62 reopens as cows mooove over
The M62 westbound has reopened after cows from nearby fields blocked the carriageway.
Just before 10am this morning the M62 westbound was closed between J27 (M621, Gildersome) and J26 (M606, Chain Bar) due to cows in the road.
Whilst the road has reopened, motorists can still expect delays and the situation is still classed as ‘severe.’
