Batley Composite Doors is helping support an innovative new approach to fitness and wellbeing after supplying five state-of-the-art external doors to the Wellness Pod Company in Huddersfield.

The Wellness Pod Company offers customers access to dedicated spaces designed around fitness and wellbeing, including Gym Pod HD7, a private gym, and the Oxy Pod, which provides hyperbaric oxygen chamber sessions.

Ismaeel Basar, managing director of Batley Composite Doors, said: “We’re delighted to be working with The Wellness Pod Company on such an exciting project.

“The pods are a great example of a business thinking differently about how people access fitness and wellbeing, and we’re proud that our doors form part of that development.

“As specialists in external doors, we understand the importance of quality, reliability and appearance. It’s about supplying products that are right for the project and helping our customers achieve the finished result they want.

“We’re proud to support an innovative local venture and look forward to seeing the business continue to grow.”

Batley Composite Doors is part of a wider business family that also includes sister company Doors2Floors.co.uk, which recently exhibited at London Fashion Week and has received a Corporate Social Responsibility Award in recognition of its community work.

Stuart Berry, of the Wellness Pod Company, said: “When Kate and I developed Gym Pod, we wanted to create something different - a private space where people could exercise on their own terms.

“The Oxy Pod builds on that vision by introducing another specialist facility alongside the gym. We’re always looking at ways to develop the concept and give people more choice.

“Working with companies that understand the importance of quality is a big part of bringing these projects together. We’re delighted to have Batley Composite Doors involved and appreciate the support of businesses that share our enthusiasm for doing things differently.”

Kate Berry added: “We want to create welcoming, private spaces that make it easier for people to prioritise their wellbeing in a way that suits them.

“It’s exciting to see the project develop, and working with other businesses that take pride in what they do makes a real difference. We’re looking forward to welcoming more people to experience what the Gym Pod and Oxy Pod have to offer.”
