Huddersfield Town: Late double seals FA Cup win over Grimsby
Ross Hannah’s strike on 25 minutes gave the hosts the lead against their Championship opponents only for Oliver Norwood to level with a free-kick six minutes into the second half.
Craig Disley headed Grimsby back into the lead on the hour and as the game reached the final few minutes, the hosts were on the verge of pulling off a shock result.

Hide AdHowever, the Terriers finished strongly and Martin Paterson levelled four minutes from time before Aswad Thomas’s own goal in the final minute propelled the visitors into the fourth round.
Huddersfield’s reward is a home tie against Charlton or Oxford United in the next round, to be played on the weekend of January 25 and 26.
