Leeds United could face non-league opposition in the fourth round of the FA Cup after being drawn out away to Eastleigh or Bolton Wanderers.

National League side Eastleigh came close to knocking out Sky Bet Championship strugglers Bolton in their third round tie last Saturday, but their tie ended in a 1-1 draw and the teams will have to try again in a replay next week.

The winners will host Steve Evans’ Leeds team in a tie set to take place over the weekend of January 30.

The Whites won through to the last 32 of the competition when they beat another Championship side, Rotherham United, 2-0 with goals by Mustapha Carayol and Souleymane Doukara.

Head coach Evans had said he wanted one of the big boys at Elland Road in the cup, but also fancies a cup run with Leeds and will be confident his side can go at least one step further following the draw made tonight.

Leeds have never played Eastleigh, but have already played away at Bolton this season in the league, drawing 1-1 in October.
