Katie was group SEO editor for National World PLC titles and headed the SEO and trends team along with the Showcase team until summer 2023.

Katie studied journalism at Staffordshire University before completing an MA in Multiplatform and Mobile Journalism at Birmingham City University.

Previously she dabbled in marketing, working at Craghoppers as the social media co-ordinator as well as a web author at Staffs Uni.
