The Reporter Series Sports Awards gives you the chance to nominate your favourite sports player or team.

Do you know anyone or a team whose sporting efforts are outstanding? If so we want to hear about them.

There are categories for men and women who are at the top of their game in their chosen sports.

Your favourite Men’s and Women’s Teams can also be honoured.

The outstanding performances of junior sports stars and junior teams are not forgotten either nor are the achievements of the area’s schools sports teams.

The Reporter Sports Awards also seeks to honour fine performances by disabled sports men and women for the area.

For many local sports teams they could not achieve all that they do without the support of managers and coaches and they too have a category.

The Lifetime Achievement award honours those who have made an outstanding contribution to their sport.
