Thornhill Trojans reach Yorkshire Cup final

Liam Morley’s golden point drop goal saw Thornhill Trojans triumph 31-30 at Queens in a thrilling Yorkshire Cup semi-final.

Pennine Division Two Thornhill stunned the Premier Division cup holders to record a famous victory.

The Trojans will now face Hunslet Old Boys, who beat Sharlston Rovers 19-10, in the final at Belle Vue, home of the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats, on Tuesday December 27.
