Sykes returns
GARY Sykes will return to the ring next Friday, although he is still waiting to hear his opponent for his clash at the City Hall in Hull.
The 28-year-old Dewsbury boxer completed sparring on Wednesday against southpaw Terry Flanagan.
A potential opponent could be Somerset’s Dean Mills, who Sykes defeated in February 2010, just a month before he won the British super featherweight title against Andy Morris.
A coach is running from the Fox & Hounds pub in Hanging Heaton, who also have tickets for the show.
