Sedge created plenty of chances but were unable to score and found themselves 2-0 down against a Brighouse side managed by former Liversedge coach Kim Farrand.

Sedge also suffered a 2-1 defeat at home to Worsbrough Bridge Athletic last Saturday but now turn their attentions to Saturday’s Northern Counties East League Premier Division opener at Clipstone.
