Whitehaven trip switched to Thursday for television

Dewsbury face a long trip to Cumbria next Thursday (July 25) after the Rams away game at Whitehaven was chosen to be screened live by Premier Sports.

It will be a quick turnaround for Glenn Morrison’s men, following Sunday’s trip to Keighley, and both matches are likely to have a big impact in the race for the Kingstone Press Championship play-offs.

Whitehaven are currently just two points above the Rams and they are away to York on Sunday.

The Rams Supporters Club are not running a coach to Sunday’s game but are going to Whitehaven.

They will leave Tetley’s Stadium at 2.30pm next Thursday and Dewsbury bus station at 2.45pm.
