Morrison pleased with Dewsbury Rams effort
Morrison is pleased with the way Dewsbury’s three pre-season games have gone and is now looking forward to the start of the Championship season, when the Rams travel to Doncaster on February 3.
Speaking after Sunday’s 48-6 defeat to a full-strength Bulls side, Morrison said: “They were a big, strong fit side but we stood up and made an impression.

“It doesn’t matter who the opposition are when you make unforced errors you will be punished.
“We have shown in the three games some good stuff and in the first 15 minutes (against Bradford) we dominated.
“We shouldn’t get our heads down but we can learn from this. We wanted some tough friendlies. You don’t learn anything from winning by 50 or 60 points.

“We have a full squad available for Doncaster and there is a headache of who to pick and who to leave out but it’s a good position to be in.
“Tommy (Lillycrop) I was really happy with, He is only a young kid but showed maturity.”
