Dewsbury will host Newcastle in cup
Dewsbury Rams were drawn at home to Kingstone Press League One side Newcastle Thunder in the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup fourth round on Tuesday with the tie scheduled to take place on Sunday March 22.
A Rams side made up of Reserve and fringe players suffered a 36-10 defeat at Newcastle in a pre-season friendly and the tie will be Dewsbury’s third game in the space of a week.
