Dewsbury bid to heap more misery on Whitehaven

While Dewsbury Rams are riding on the crest of a wave having won their opening three matches, the same can not be said for Whitehaven.

The Cumbrians lost their final four matches of last season and have suffered defeats in their opening three games this time and are rooted to the foot of the Championship.

Haven’s last win, ironically, came against Dewsbury on July 25 when they won 16-15 at the Recreation Ground.

n The Rams’ Challenge Cup third round tie against West Hull will be played on Sunday March 15 when admission is £12 adults, £7 concessions and £2 under-16s, with Rams junior season ticket holders admitted free on production of the relevant voucher.
