Dewsbury Rams will aim to build on last week’s terrific win at Widnes Vikings when they welcome Betfred Championship high fliers Toulouse to Tetley’s Stadium on Saturday (kick off 3pm).

Dewsbury brought an end to the Vikings’ unbeaten home record as they fought back from 24-18 down to record a 25-24 victory thanks to Liam Finn’s converted try and late drop goal.

Coach Lee Greenwood was delighted at his side’s win and will look for a similar performance when the Rams take on another full-time side in second placed Toulouse, who have won nine of their opening 12 games.

Greenwood said: “It should not be underestimated what we’ve done. They are always good ones when no one expects you to win.

“I think it was reward for how we performed. It would have been another harsh one if we had come away with nothing.

“I think we deserved something from the game and deserved to win it. We have been on the other end of a few of those this season so we were certainly due one and fair play, we scored late on and then kicked the drop goal as well.”

Dewsbury are offering season ticket holders at Super League clubs reduced admission to Saturday’s game.

Super League season ticket holders should produce their ticket at the Rams reception to gain admission for £10.
