Nostalgia: Pupils say farewell to teachers

Two teachers, who between them clocked up 32 years at Knowle First School, both retired in July 1984.

Mrs Vivienne Laycock and Mrs Merle Morgan were taking early retirement, and both said they had enjoyed their time at the school.

Mrs Morgan was presented with a coffee set and Mrs Laycock received a watch.
