Nostalgia: Choir’s singing wins praise
The excellent standard of singing kept Mirfield Parish Church choir among the best in the country.
The talented choir remained in the Royal School of Church Music (RSCM) St Nicholas Guild for choirs of a high standard after being heard by the RSCM northern commissioner John Cooke in April 1984.
