Nostalgia: All part of their education
Pupils from Earlsheaton County Infants’ School took their first lessons in gardening in June 1984.
The troughs were made by pupils from Earlsheaton Secondary Modern School, and the plants were provided by the Corporation Parks Department.
They looked after the plants and took it in turns to water them.
