Dewsbury Rams have sent cousins Brad and James Delaney out on a month long loan to Doncaster.

Half-back Brad was named in the starting line-up for the Rams defeat at London Broncos last month, while hooker James recently had a short spell with Hemel Stags but was finding it difficult to travel.

Rams head coach Glenn Morrison said: “We get on well with Doncaster and have been able to work closely with each other in recent years.

“The Reserves competition has been delayed and shortened and, so far, hasn’t proved very beneficial to us, so a loan agreement of this nature for James and Brad is ideal.”
