Moor and Celtic record victories in promotion bid

The match was level at 22-22 until Jordan Foster edged Moor in front with a penalty.

Foster then sealed a 30-22 win with his fifth goal of the match when he converted Connor Gavanagh’s late try.

Moor had a Sam Thornton brace and tries by Dom Horn and Max Vernon to thank for victory, while Hunslet had been level through two Liam Coates tries, further scores from Mickey Lyons and Gary McClelland and three Daryl Gaunt goals.

Moor make the short trip to Drighlington on Saturday looking to keep pressure on leaders Stanningley.

Dewsbury Celtic leapfrogged Eastmoor into the top six of Division Three after a 54-0 win over 16-man Salford City Roosters.
