Hopton opener Chris Scott led the way with 91 and was ably supported by Umer Abbas (76) as they posted 283-7.
Paul Quinlan (47no), Hammy Shahzad (39) and Richard Gould (33) led Keighley’s reply but they were dismissed for 254 as Mick Carroll claimed 5-54.
Wakefield St Michael’s are just four points behind Keighley after a dramatic one-wicket win over Buttershaw St Paul’s.
An unbroken last-wicket stand of 56 between Mark Atkinson (95no) and Chris Thornton (23no) enabled St Michael’s to overhaul Buttershaw’s score of 238 with a boundary from the final ball of the game.
Birstall are 12 points behind the leaders after a three-wicket win over Northowram Fields.
Ajantha Weerappuli (68) and John Lister (54) led the way as Northowram posted 269-8, with Ryan Gray claiming 5-58.

Spen Victoria slipped back into the relegation zone after they were edged out by two wickets in a low scoring game at home to Altofts.
Josh Fell top scored with 35 but Spen were restricted to 130-9 as Danny Eden (3-40) and Tom Glover (3-38) impressed.
Altofts were reduced to 77-8 in reply but Glover (25no) and Eden (22no) saw their side home with an unbroken ninth-wicket stand of 54.
Liversedge are 20 points adrift at the foot of the table after a five-wicket defeat to Carlton.
Alan Sumner (64), Asif Yousaf (35) and Mark Hydes (34) contributed to Liversedge’s total of 215 all out, which saw as Armaan Hussain (4-54) and Usman Shakar (3-33) shine.
