Cup final showdown
BD3 United won the Spen Valley League Sonder Cup final against Jardy Boys at Liversedge FC on Tuesday night.
Jardy Boys took the lead through Rob Ives but after 85 minutes BD3’s Intikab Alam scored the equaliser to take the final into extra-time.
Jardy Boys lost four players to injury in a 15 minute spell and it took it’s toll in injury time.
BD3 player-manager Majid Ali came off the bench in extra-time to score the winner.
Their goalkeeper James Glasper was named MoM.
