Fisher storm back to book place in semi

Hosts Littletown led 3-0 at the break and appeared in total command after adding a fourth goal 10 minutes after the restart.

Fisher then stormed back and drew level with four goals in a frantic 10-minute spell before going on to seal victory. Rob Bordman led the way for Fisher with four goals, while Dominic Riordan and Dave Bordman both scored twice.

The Scotland reached the last four with a 5-3 triumph at Woodman Batley Carr.

James Blaine (two) and Greg Snowdon were on target for the home side but Scotland marched on thanks to Oliver Fisher (two), Luke Sherman, Joel Clegg and Colin Wood.

Oakwell, the only team from outside the Heavy Woollen Sunday League Premier Division, will get another chance after torrential rain forced their game at home to Crown Leeds Road to be abandoned at 5-5 in extra-time.

Strikes from Ben McCann (two), Paul Lilley (two, including a penalty) and Gary Foley saw Division One hosts Oakwell lead 5-3 with 15 minutes of normal time left before Crown battled back to force extra-time.

The game had lasted 107 minutes before heavy rain forced the game to be abandoned. It will be replayed on Sunday February 20 at Crown, who had goals from Dominic Karimi (two), Mikey Smith, Dean Coucil and Carl Austin.
