Bartley O’ Brien set up Peter Robinson for a try, converted by James Eatherley and Westgate struggled to get out of their half as Ryan Johnson and back row men Chris Simpson, Damien Allenby and Tom Gledhill tested the Moor pack.

However, Scott Dyson claimed the ball off his own misfield and sent out a defence splitting pass to Steve McNamara to score unopposed.

Westgate scored their first try after good work by Casey Johnson, Alex Craig, and Mick Hoyle, Adam Grant’s cross field kick found Ross Roebuck to score on the right.

Before half-time Westgate doubled their tally when centre Adam Grant went over.

Scrum-half Rob Senior then put in a neat grubber for Dyson to score near the posts. Eatherley added the extras before full-back Ryan Johnson was halted by a high tackle and from the penalty Dyson sent Eatherley in from 15metres out before he then converted.

After a brief respite for Westgate Dyson scooped up a loose Ball and sent Eatherley on a 70 metre gallop to seal his hat-trick. Another long range try came after Jake Richardson sent Johnson over and the conversion gave Moor a 42-8 lead.

Moor pressed ahead led by Burland and Phil Simpson and when the Westgate defence misfielded Chris Mortimer got on the scoresheet. Eatherley landed his sixth conversion .
