Dewsbury Moor A keep their cool to grind out win
Moor had a more experienced side on duty and it proved vital as they scored five tries and three conversions to secure victory.

Halton Moor went into the game as league leaders but were showing good signs and a lovely cut out pass by Tom Kaye put Jonjoe Fox into a gap.
He returned a pass to Kaye, who moved play left and winger Jack Clarkson rounded off the move with a try.
Stand-off Cameron Adleigh landed a fine angled conversion and Moor led 10-0.

Hide AdHalton produced some neat open play and replied with an unconverted try to reduce the half-time arrears to six points.
Simon Whiteley stormed through the Halton Moor defence and fended off several tacklers, showing strength and determination to grab a decisive try, which Adleigh converted.
Youngsters Caden Wilkinson, John Bowness, Dean Carr and Cameron Johnson came of age in the face of confrontation, while Scott Sheard produced some defence testing runs after coming on.
Halton Moor pulled a second try back and the game then threatened to boil over, with the referee sin-binning a player from each side.

Hide AdJosh Pease was denied a try by a tackle near the corner flag but Moor’s pressure paid off as Whiteley struck again to extend the lead to 20-10.
A harmless looking Wilkinson kick through was knocked on and substitute Louis Greenwood swooped to pounce for the try.
Fox added the goal as Moor inflicted only a third defeat of the season on Halton Moor, who now face a title decider at Drighlington A on Saturday, when Dewsbury Moor will look to build on their impressive win at home to Leeds Underdogs.
