Cleckheaton Academy record hat-trick of successes
Cleckheaton took three fighters to take part in the event and they returned with a hat-trick of victories.

Hide AdBen Chapman has had 12 months out of the ring with a broken hand but he returned on the December 19 show and the heavyweight recorded a unanimous points win over Ellis Machin of the Hewthwaite Boxing Club in Nottingham.
Chapman was also awarded boxer of the night, although that accolade could have gone to any of the Cleckheaton boxers.
Nabeel Ahmed took on Haroon Arif of the KBW gym in Dewsbury and both fighters were cheered on by large followings.

Hide AdIt was Cleckheaton man Ahmed who won the bout, getting the nod on all three judges cards.
Danny Rogers, fighting in the 75KG’s category, recorded a third successive win, ending home fighter Mark Harrison’s unbeaten record in the final bout of the night.
It promises to be a hectic start to the new year for the Cleckheaton club with Kabeer Khan, Kyle Grocutt and Callum Grace competing in the National Schoolboy Championships.
