“Gary is a warrior and I don’t see this as a step back in my career. I am taking Sykes very seriously.”

Sykes has only limited tickets remaining from an intial allocation for his showdown with Campbell on March 26.

Sykes received around 200 tickets, priced £40, £60, £100 or £250 for VIP passes, but they are virtually sold out and supporters wishing to go are advised to contact Gary on 07818 602702 or call in at Dicky’s Gym, Batley, as soon as possible.

Just a handful of seats on a coach from Dewsbury remain. Call James Catling on 07890 610184.
