The 40-year-old has steadily enlarged his business over the last three years, his most recent achievements being opening a new store at Castleford junction 32 last year and expanding his existing shops in Dewsbury and Leeds Merrion Centre.

The judging panel was impressed with Zak’s ability to make his company’s voice heard in the local community.

One judge said: “Talk Direct clearly has great ambition. Opening a flagship store in Dewsbury was a bold move, and it is good to see the local community benefiting from free mobile training given by the store guru.”

The event was attended by over 400 leaders from across the mobile industry.
