Young adults get reading rewards
Young adults with learning disabilities were awarded certificates for completing a library challenge at Mirfield Library.
The participants took part in the Reading Agency’s Six Book Challenge, which involved a range of book-related activities.
Participants became library members and took out six books of their choice over the course of six weeks.
They took part in a variety of activities in the library from healthy-eating sessions and local history to felt-making and book-making.
