Detective Chief Inspector Ian Scott, of the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team, said: “It is now a week and a half since Sebastian was last seen and he has not contacted his family. We are very concerned for his welfare and need to speak to him as a matter of urgency to check he is safe and well.

“Likewise - if anyone has any information about his whereabouts or thinks they might have seen him then I would urge those people to contact us as soon as possible.

“He left his wallet and personal belongings at home and this disappearance is out of character. His family are also very concerned for Sebastian’s welfare.

“We would ask anyone who has seen Sebastian or with information about his whereabouts to please contact the police. Similarly, we would ask Sebastian himself to make contact either with the police or his family to confirm that he is safe and well.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Kirklees CID or Adult Safeguarding Unit via 101.
