Update: Third man in court for murder of Mirfield man Joshua Hirst
Joshua Hirst was found with stabs wounds in Hepworth Lane at around 11pm last Friday night.
He was taken to hospital but died a short time later.
Yesterday morning (Thursday), Nadeem Rashid, 20, of Lapwing View, Horbury, appeared before Kirklees magistrates charged with his murder.

Hide AdHe was remanded into custody and will appear at Leeds Crown Court on Monday.
Meanwhile, two men charged earlier this week with Mr Hirst’s murder and possessing a knife appeared at Leeds Crown Court.
Joe Church, 21, of Redlands Close, Mirfield, and Arron Smith, 18, of Savile Street, Emley, did not apply for bail.
They were remanded into custody until August 20 when they are expected to enter pleas.

Hide AdYesterday, a 22-year-old woman appeared at Kirklees Magistrates’ Court charged with two counts of assisting an offender.
Kirstie Rainford, of Springbank Drive, Liversedge, was granted conditional bail and will appear at Leeds Crown Court on Wednesday.
