Two people trapped after collision in Birstall

The crash, involving two separate vehicles, happened at about 11.30am today (Friday) in Gelderd Road.

A spokesman for West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said two people were injured in the crash and trapped inside vehicles.

They were freed by firefighters and taken to hospital.
