Police officers rescue man from central reservation on the M62
A man was picked up by police after he was seen walking down the central reservation on the M62.

PC Martin Willis, a roads policing officer with West Yorkshire Police, shared the incident on social media of the callout.
The contact centre at West Yorkshire Police had received reports of a person walking in the central reservation of the M62 last night (November 22)
PC Willis found the male close to junction 22.
When the walker was safely recovered PC Willis said the individual had decided to walk to Manchester.
