Thieves steal classic jeep
Sajjad Janjua said his beloved Willys CJ3B was taken from outside Moorlands Avenue West at around 7pm yesterday.
He said: “It is a descendant of the army car that was used in the Second World War. There’s only two in the country.
“I’ve had it for about a year.

Mr Janjua said he had recently moved to the area from Bradford.
He said: “I have never been so distraught in my life.
“I have worked really hard and saved a lot of money for this.
“I had this car as a toy when I was a kid, a model version.
“I always wanted it and it has taken me ten years to earn it.
“It would mean the world to get it back.

“Someone must have seen or heard the car. It’s very different and as loud as an aeroplane.”
A spokesman said they received reports of a vehicle, which was not secured, being stolen from the address.
