Students gather for graduation at town hall

Kirklees College held its graduation ceremony at Dewsbury Town Hall last Wednesday to celebrate 244 students receiving a range of qualifications including degrees, foundation degrees, post graduate certificates in education and HNCs.

Guest speaker was Deborah Ogden from Honley, a nationally respected speaker on personal branding, first impressions and making an impact.

Also presenting at the awards ceremony were Janet Stocks (Teesside University), Deborah Philip (University of Huddersfield) and Paul Eeles (chief executive of the Skills and Education Group).
