Sport on the menu at Carlton School
There’s more to sport than football, as children at Carlton Junior and Infant School have been finding out.
Kirklees-based School Sports Fundraising Academy have been putting pupils through their paces with sports they may not have tried before, such as dodgeball, lacrosse and hockey.
Director and head coach Dave Yates, along with coaches Kevin Hall and Danny Redshaw, have been giving lunchtime and after school sessions to get pupils active and interested in new sports since October last year.
