Among those taking part were schoolboy Sam Bottomley and parents, Karen and Stephen.
Money raised by the appeal will allow Sam to receive treatment that will eventually allow him to walk independently without the use of a metal walker.
A host of events have been held in aid of the appeal since January, including a fashion show at Hopton Primary School.
Businesses have also been showing their support, with the The Dusty Pub in Mirfield raising £760 with an Italian themed evening.
