Callum Docherty, 18, of Whitehall Avenue, Wyke, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis with intent to supply in Scholes. Community order with 40 hours of unpaid work and drug rehabilitation requirement, victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.

Travis Koby Neagle, 21, of Wood Avenue, Dale Lane Estate, Heckmondwike, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. Fined £120 with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Atilla Tauz, 49, of Valley Drive, Dewsbury, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and to driving without insurance. Eight weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, four-month curfew, victim surcharge of £115, costs of £85 and 18-month driving ban.

Sajad Hussain, 32, of Manor Way, Staincliffe, Batley, was found guilty of failing to clear land of waste within a 28-day notice period. Fined £110 with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £130.

Bryn Doel, 70, of Cliff Court, Liversedge, found guilty of persistently calling the West Yorkshire Police control room for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety. Community order made, fined £50 with victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £300.

William Pratt, 20, of Howley Mill Lane, Batley, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. Fined £120 with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Jane Baker, 45, of Turnsteads Drive, Cleckheaton, found guilty of being the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control and which injured another person and of failing to surrender to custody. Community order made, compensation of £300, victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £200. Dog to be muzzled at all times when outside.

David Watson, 33, of West Park Street, Dewsbury, pleaded guilty to stealing three plants from Asda and to failing to surrender to custody. Fined £75 with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Liam Frain, 24, of Unity Court, Dewsbury, pleaded guilty to assault. Restraining order made, fined £40 with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Sarah Elizabeth Clough, 45, of Moat Hill, Birstall, Batley, pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £345 with victim surcharge of £35 and costs of £85. 12-month driving ban to be reduced by 13 weeks on completion of course.
