Waqas Hussain, (30), of Savile Road, Dewsbury, Bound over the sum of £120 for admitting to breach of the peace.

Mark Wood, (54), of Turnsteads Drive, Cleckheaton, jailed for 14 days and £115 victim surcharge for stealing £47 worth of meat from Asda and original offences in respect of suspended sentence.

Joshua Allsop, (25), Cemetery Road, Dewsbury, jailed for 12 weeks and £115 victim surcharge for using threatening and/or abusive words and behaviour, testing positive for class A drug, stealing beer, chocolate and alcohol, behaving drunk and disorderly and original offences in respect of a suspended sentence.

Christian St Hillaire, (26), of High Street, Heckmondwike, jailed for 16 weeks and £115 victim surcharge for assault by beating.

John Richardson, (49), of Princess Lane, Dewsbury, £200 fine, £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge for possession of a quantity of cannabis.

Jamie Atkins, (25), of Lincoln Road, Dewsbury, £80 fine and £20 victim surcharge for assaulting and resisting a constable in the execution of duty.

James France, (28), of Syke Lane, Dewsbury, £400 fine, £85 costs, £40 victim surcharge and eight points on licence for driving without insurance.

Neil Dyason, (43), of Market Street, Heckmondwike, Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days, 80 hours unpaid work, £150 costs, £85 victim surcharge and £80.97 compensation for stealing £80.97 worth of cash from Pets at Home.

Victoria Evans, (39), of Barrington Parade, Gomersal, £620 costs, £120 fine and £30 victim surcharge for making threats to kill.

Ian Muchmore, (19), of Spen Valley Road, Dewsbury, 16-week sentence suspended for 12 months, £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs for using threatening and abusive behaviour and being in breach of an active order.

Gary Dews, (47), of Alexandra Crescent, Dewsbury, £120 fine, £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge for using threatening and abusive behaviour and/or words.

Jake Smith, (26), of Caledonia Road, Batley, £175 fine, £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge for possession of a class A drug.

Andrew Steadman, (55), of Abbey Road, Batley, 6-month suspended sentence, £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs for trespassing.
