Police appeal for witnesses to Spen Valley Greenway bike robbery
Police are looking for two men who a stole a 78-year-old man’s bike on the Spen Valley Greenway.
The man was riding his bike around the Dewsbury Moor area of the greenway when he was attacked by two men who had travelled on a motorbike, possibly with three wheels.
He was punched and kicked, and his bicycle was stolen.
Police said one of the assailants was aged 30-40, around 5ft 10in, stocky, with short brown hair and wore a light coloured top.
