Police are appealing for information on a missing man from South Elmsall.

Brendan Townsend, 47, was last seen on Kestrel Way, South Elmsall, and was reported missing at 1.43am this morning (Monday, November 16).

He is described as white, 6ft tall and of medium build.

He has a tanned complexion, slightly balding short black hair and unshaven black facial hair.

Brendan was last seen wearing a grey hooded jumper, denim, trousers and blue trainers with neon yellow accents.

He is known to have links to Dewsbury and Frickley Country Park, police said.

Anyone who sees Brendan is asked to call police on 101 quoting log 71 of Monday, November 16.
