Philippa Wood, from Dewsbury, is celebrating 25 years working at Martin Walsh Architectural (MWA).
Joining the Dewsbury-based business in 1992 as a secretary, Philippa has played an integral role in the company’s success as the practice has developed to become one of the district’s leading architectural firms.
Overseeing the running of the office, Philippa takes on the role of office administrator and CPD co-ordinator.
She said: “Not many people can boast about the fact that they have enjoyed working in a business for 25 years, but I am really proud to say that I have!
“Over the years the company has gone through many changes and I have relished every stage of this journey. My role is pretty diverse which is what has and continues to make my time here so interesting and enjoyable.
“MWA continues to evolve to support its growth and success, but what never changes are its values, its flexibility and support. This helps to retain its team members while attracting new talent.”
Martin Walsh said: “Philippa or Pip as she is known by her colleagues, our clients and suppliers has a firm place at the heart of our business.
“To many she is the face and the voice of the company.”
