The club was the host of the 2026 Yorkshire Photographic Union (YPU) annual exhibition, which was held at Dewsbury Town Hall.
Almost 300 photographers from all over Yorkshire attended the opening of the exhibition, when a projected image show was followed by the opening of the print exhibition.
A large number of attendees were awarded either a certificate of merit or a trophy.
The exhibition, which ran from May 9-21, saw many visitors from far and wide coming to view the prints and images on display.
This month’s selection of featured photos are Dewsbury Photographic Group members’ images that were accepted into the YPU exhibition.
The club has also held its last meeting of the 2025/2026 season, with the new programme set to begin in September after the summer break.
A spokesperson said: “If you would like to join a thriving photographic club and battle some of your images in our various competitions, why not just call in and see what we do?
“We meet every Monday night from September to May in Dewsbury Town Hall in the council chamber.
“We are always looking for new members that will give the existing members some competition. We’ll make you very welcome and even throw in tea and biscuits for good measure.”
