Stand up for our town
IF INACTION by MPs truly was to blame for the recent riots, then the people of Dewsbury should have been on the streets months ago. The inaction by the current Tory incumbent, Simon Reevell, is staggering.
Dewsbury is dying a death and those projects that are trying to stave off the doomsayers do not have the slightest trace of his fingerprints on them.
One can only assume Mr Reevell is too busy in court to dedicate time to the greatest battle – the fight for the future of the town he supposedly represents.
