Message of brotherhood welcome
The local council of churches, and inter-faith council, has a lot that is interesting.
As with politics, there are groups and individuals that are representative, or not so, and some groups are easier got into than out of.
The West Yorkshire Ecumenical Church had just celebrated its 25 year celebrations with our bishops, mayor, and MPs, and truly its message of universal brotherhood and world peace, as opposed to the religious fundamentalists and extremists, is a welcome change.
