LETTERS: So happy at Newlands Hall
When visiting my sister at Newlands Hall I was told some complaints had been published about Newlands Hall.
My sister has been in residence there for over six years and in all that time she has had nothing but care and kindness shown to her. She has always been content there and though now she is bedridden she is made most comfy. She always has a smile for the staff, which shows she is happy in their care. Any questions I ask are always answered fully.
