It’s a rotten decision
IN MY life I have experienced several “fiddles” by different local and national bodies, and successive governments but to me the latest rotten trick is the closing of the Children’s Heart Surgery Unit at Leeds General Infirmary. Those that made the decision should be named and shamed.
How do they expect parents to shoot off to Newcastle or Liverpool? It isn’t everybody that has a car. Someone will have to get time off work to look after the other children in the family whilst parents and child stay at the hospital.
