Grateful thanks to our supporters

A special thank you to Dudley Ward of Dewsbury, Brenda Booth of Birkenshaw and Laura Holmes of Manchester, who swam along with our members to help raise well in excess of £1,200.

Both Dudley Ward and Brenda Booth have supported us for a considerable number of years and we are extremely grateful for their involvement and to the people who regularly sponsor them.

Until recently Laura Holmes worked at the Asda store in Dewsbury but was relocated to an Asda store in Manchester, so a special word of thanks to both her and the workers at Asda (Manchester) who sponsored her.

The sponsor money is used to support our Tuesday evening swimming session at Batley Baths.

Anyone with a learning disability would be welcome to join us. The swimming session is from 8pm-9pm and each session costs £2.

Once again sincere thanks to all concerned with the sponsored swim.
