Her assertions of luck in being able to meet famous people non-plussed me somewhat. I don’t subscribe to the celebrity culture that seems to be so prevalent nowadays.

They are people who do a job, and because of the job they do, we know them for it.

Sarah mentioned a really cool state-of-the-art coffee van that had attracted her attention during her trip.

She commented, rightly, that it was just a coffee van, nothing more extraordinary. I submit that people like David Tennant are just people, nothing more extraordinary!
