AN AWARD-WINNING brewery has new owners.

The Anglo-Dutch Brewery has been bought by Paul Horne, who runs the Spotted Cow pub in Drighlington, and businessman Richard Sharpe.

The firm, which was founded in Dewsbury in 2000, is going to remain at its current premises in Savile Town.

It was set up by Mike Field, who established the West Riding at Dewsbury train station, and Paul Klos.

Mr Klos is going to remain with the company for two years to pass on his industry expertise.

Mr Horne will run the on-site operation of the brewery while Mr Sharpe will look after the business.

The brewery currently has eight regular brews, but has made one-off beers for events and anniversaries.
