Sharon Simpson, 39, was seen leaving the hospital on Thursday November 15.
She is a white woman, 5ft 6 in tall, of slim build and with dark brown and red hair.
She has a distinctive tattoo that reads ‘John M’ on her left arm and a rose on her right shoulder.
When she was last seen, Sharon, of Methley, Leeds, was wearing a grey hooded cardigan, black jeans and black trainers.
Police say she also uses her maiden name, Mitchell.
